Georgia Internship

HCA/Georgia HOPE is able to provide internships to those pursuing careers in the mental health field. We provide Clinical internships and will consider Bachelors level internships. 

We can work with you to fill the supervision needs of your school's Internship/Practicum requirements. Our internship Coordinator works with our Interns to hit their required goals. 

Primary Experience Gained: 

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to children, adolescents and/or adults in assigned region/counties.
• Collaborate with other Georgia HOPE staff and community partners to ensure effective treatment, service provision and case collaboration.
• Document case notes in online electronic medical record system (CareLogic).
• Attend regular team meetings and clinical supervision (if in pursuit of licensure)
• Attend agency trainings, as needed.
